The following short booklets are available to download by clicking on the picture or appropriate link. They provide more information than is available on this website.

This service is provided by lulu.com bookstore. You can download the booklets from here for a nominal sum, which goes towards the upkeep of this website. You can also buy a hard copy, but I do not recommend this as they are relatively poor quality and expensive for what they are. The downloads on the other hand can be printed out yourself much more cheaply and are good value.
